The high line PF line hook number recognition system equipment plays a very important role in the material tracking system. In online material production, whether it is PF line or monorail line, a “C” hook must be used. Each “C” – shaped hook has a unique hook number.
In order to automatically recognize this hook number, we use machine vision recognition method. High definition cameras are installed at two locations: the online roll translation car and the electronic scale. The system host automatically recognizes the hook number and automatically collects it into the system. The hook number is automatically scanned and collected online by the P/F chain column device. After the scale rises to the position, the hook number is automatically scanned and transmitted to the hook number column on the printing program page, achieving automatic printing of labels.
