Product Introduction

In the sample collection area on the cold bed, the steel is still in a high temperature state, with a temperature of about 650 ℃ -950 ℃, and the air temperature exceeds 100 ℃. The working environment is harsh. Moreover, due to the structural characteristics of the cold bed, there is a risk of splashing and injuring people during the operation of the double foot in the cold bed, which can easily lead to accidents involving casualties. The current sampling method is manual sampling. This project is a highly automated and intelligent control system designed to solve the problem of manual sampling in the cold bed of a steel rolling mill. It is installed at one end of the line step cold bed and can replace manual sampling work, ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and timeliness of sampling.
